Meet Lidia
Founder, Certified Accessibility Consultant & Trainer
MIA was founded by Lidia, an award-winning accessibility consultant, trainer, and accessibility leader with more than 15 years of experience in information technology, training, and accessibility.
Before founding MIA, Lidia served as the Accessibility and Inclusion Lead for the Ontario Public Service Treasury Board Secretariat.
In that role, she gained extensive experience helping organizations understand accessibility requirements and turn them into practical, sustainable programs.
Lidia has also delivered accessibility training to more than 15,000 Ontario public servants, helping employees and leaders build the knowledge and confidence to incorporate accessibility into their everyday work.
Her experience includes more than 10 years of implementing the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR).
She has received multiple Ontario Public Service awards and is trusted for her ability to make complex accessibility concepts clear, practical, and actionable.
